Need a Positive Attitude Mantra....

Been feeling a bit low again recently, anyone know of some life affirming mantras I can repeat to myself??

I have been using=

I am fit
I am healthy
there is nothing wrong with me.
theres no need for
anxiety.

Thanks alwaysworriedtoo, thats a good start. I need to include something along the lines of "I'm a good/kind person".
