I thought it wouldn't be too much of a drop, I've tried before but went back up due to wobbles, rather than any side effects.

Yesterday every bone in my body hurt and I was incredible tired. I'm very lightheaded today. Does this sound like side efffects?

I'm ill at the moment anyway so I'm not sure.

It is a very big drop. 15mg would have been better. It definitely sounds like reduction symptoms. You could still go to 15mg.

It's tablets so I just snap them in half. Don't feel so bad today, I might keep going, I have a Drs appointment on weds so I can ask her Smile

When I was coming off ADs I got it prescribed in a syrup suspension so I could cut down a ml at a time (used a syringe thing). Ask your GP if they can do this for you? Agree that 20-10mg is too big a drop.

i think also perseverance might have a part to play, how long has it been since you changed your dose?
im finding that every day my 'withdrawal' symptoms are going down, obvs the depression is coming back but thats to be expected as cold turkey is clearly my docs way of having a laugh
maybe try and stick with it for a while, you may find that you gradually feel better, your body will react to any change because it gets used to one thing?
always been my thoughts anyway!
