I really need help but have no idea where to get help from.

I suffer from low self esteem, have been told this on many occasion. I really want to try and sort this out as its really affecting my life.

Any pearls of wisdom gratefully received! Thanks

no pearls of wisdom here unfortunately... just wanted to say that I'm the same. No/little self esteem here (just pretending to have it!)
It's really crippling, isn't it.

How is it affecting your life?

Did you get the therapist through your GP or are you paying privately?

Good luck

i HAVE HAD COUNSELLING THROUGH THE gp AND SHE WAS A STUDENT! rUBBISH! THE OTHER TIME lol WAS A COUNSELLOR THROUGH MY SONS SCHOOL AS HE IS sn AND SHE WAS TERXTING HER FRIEND AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION I JUST TOLD HER TO PISS OFF

Sorry caps lock playing havoc lol

Then i went to the affordable counselling group in the telephone directory and she was ok but very very middle las and academic and didnt really connect.

This time i will bloody pay 40 pounds for 50 minutes see if that is better. If so i shall keep paying as i am investing in my mental health and future

I just want to get rid of past shit. Start afresh get rid of worries and childhood verbal abuse anxieties that hold me back

I am aggressive, cowardly and anxious thses days

grrrrrr
