Sorry to be terribly nosey - I started this nearly 4 weeks ago after a few years off ADs (so have forgotten what ones/doses etc.) and am currently on 1 x 20 mg a day. I am wondering what a normal level is, and if my dose is quite low, or pretty high already - I want to increase it if I can. Thanks :) x
