How do I take up netball again in the Bromley area

Really really want to start playing netball again. I live in the Bromley area, but am willing to travel, SO how do I go about finding a team, even just to train with untill I get back into the swing of it.
Any ideas would be really appreciated.

There's a team in Chislehurst, if you google netball chislehurst it comes up. They train one night in the week and play on Sat. It looked really good, just wasn't sure I wanted to commit to every Sat for a game.

If you google England Netball I think there's a search facility for local clubs.
