The things I would like to target are cardiovascular fitness (not a beasting - moderate cardio), flexibility (I am the least bendy person on the planet, quite a stiff spine, very tight hamstrings and can't touch toes), core strength and balance & fat burning. I am fine with resistance training but wouldn't do follow along body pump as I find it hard to get correct form in Body Pump classes and have previously injured myself

Can you suggest who is good for follow along youtube videos please?

Before anyone suggests that I go outside and do some running, I used to be a runner but now have metatarsalgia so that is out

Thank you

Hi I currently have Metatarsalgia as well. Haven’t run for 5 weeks and driving me mad. I like the Lululemon yoga videos in you tube esp Janet Stone

Gymra, they have quite a few. I especially like the Josephine Rene and Christine Khuri.

Fitness Blender - all free and enormous number of workouts available that can be very easily filtered.

Thank you for these later suggestions. I tried a Gymna routine yesterday and plan to work my way through these other suggestions to see what suits best. Much appreciated

Kim Saha - she's a physio who specialises in runners (both current and also former ones who have knackered themselves)

Fitness Blender - though you are spoiled for choice there, so it helps if you know what you're after

Yoga with Adriene as well and Five Parks Yoga: hood deep stretches and some more challenging classes including with wright's and cardio.

Another recommendation for Fitness Blender and Yoga with Adrienne. If you are already fairly flexible you might like Five Parks yoga or Boho Beautiful but these are a step up from Adrienne.

Very old school but utterly brilliant is the Lotte Berk method. Very hard and very effective- it’s how kylie obtained and maintains that butt.

Eurochick, I think it was you who recommended Five Parks on the Adriene thread. I will check out Boho Beautiful too.

Fitness blender is fantastic, thousands of free workout videos.
Also Yoga with Adriene is really good.

Eurochick, thanks for the boho beautiful recommendation, I've just done a Power Flow. Quite hard work but good, I like to change it up a bit as it keeps it interesting and different teachers show new things. I think I better look at Fitness Blender too!
