I'm looking for good cardio workouts I can do at home having temporarily abandoned the C25K.
I'm not very fit so I would need something manageable to start with. Roughly up to or around the 30 minute mark to be realistic.
Any suggestions? Also, do people still buy fitness DVDs or do they mostly download something or use Youtube?
