40 minute gym workout

I've just joined a new gym and can fit in a 40 minute workout in my lunch hour. I do a couple of spin and cxworks classes a week and I have a 100 mile cycle event coming up in September as well as a half marathon in February.

What could I do in the gym for 49 minutes that would compliment these and help me train for my upcoming events?

i get good results from sprint interval training on the treadmill for 10 mins and then 30 mins quite fast paced weight lifting. don't rest most than 30 secs.

Thanks peace, not sure why I put 49 minutes! was meant to say 40...

I've been doing the weight machines for around the same time as you so I'll give the treadmill a go!
