Omg. I have just started level 2 this morning and it’s waaaaay harder that I thought. I am struggling so much with plank work that I feel I’m not working out as I am just collapsing as I can’t do it. I thought I was doing ok at level 1 so this is a shock! Does it get easier or should I give up and do something less intense?
