Anyone done 30 day shred???

Omg. I have just started level 2 this morning and it’s waaaaay harder that I thought. I am struggling so much with plank work that I feel I’m not working out as I am just collapsing as I can’t do it. I thought I was doing ok at level 1 so this is a shock! Does it get easier or should I give up and do something less intense?

Hi. I've done it. Level 2 is a big step up from Level 1. Your abs will get stronger if you keep at it.

I think I just held the plank for 30 second the first few times rather than actually moving in plank position.

That’s a really good idea. Anyone know if your supposed to have rest days? At moment I’m not, Im just doing the shred every day. Wow I can feel it working but it’s soooo hard.

Apparently, you should have 1 rest day a week. I did not know the first time so did 30 days in a row.

Yeah started having rest days. Also I alternate between levels as I feel it’s more of an overall workout (and some days I can’t face level 2!)
