So I find I can't do my DVDs anymore because DD goes to bed so much later I can't use the front room without interruption

So tonight I took iPad upstairs and did 30 day shred watching on YouTube

I've done the shred before and I know it does make a difference to my shape but it does get boring

Holiday in a month and looking for recommendations to help shrink me! I like the metafit type things!

Have a look at Hasfit videos on YouTube. There are loads and split into different levels. I like Insanity (lots of cardio) and Warrior (strength & cardio) or do a combination of the two or the Shred plus one of these videos!

I do dance workouts as the normal workouts get so boring. If you search for 'dance workouts' there'll be lots of results, but some of my favourite channels are the Fitness Marshal, Dance Fitness with Jessica, and Shine Dance Fitness. All the videos are about 3-4 mins, each to a different song, and you can either set a playlist going and it will just play a mixture, one after the other, or play the same one a few times and try to get the hang of the dance.

It is very old now i think but i have been enjoying tae-bo on YouTube. I think there is one called cardio party and is only about 10-15 minutes. It is boxfit type moves.

I know lots of people like body coach but i find him quite annoying and too slow/not slick after the wonderful Jillian!

Have been thinking about trying Les Mills but you have to subscribe to that.
