Hi, I have been struggling with posterior tibial tendonitis since January, it was getting better so returned to running and was doing 5-7k pain free. I stupidly did a fast park run followed by additional miles followed by another run the next day (I never usually do running on consecutive days), was fine, but then did some speed intervals at running club a few days later and as a result the pain has returned. I keep reading about permanent damage, surgery and boots which is really scary. Really regret getting over confident following recovery and wished I'd stuck to my short runs, which I was happy with. I know I've just got to wait this out and see a physio again, but was wondering if anyone else has had this?
