Hand weights / body weight exercises in the gym

I've joined my work gym. I loathe the weight machines yet always enjoyed classes like body pump.

I'd like to do about 20-30 mins of weights plus 20-30 mins of cardio 2-3x per week with the aim of getting fit, improving my posture and losing about a stone.

Any suggestions for where I can find an easy to follow hand weight or body weight routine?

Have you looked into kettlebells? I love free weights and bodyweight training and kettlebells rock. The kettlebell swing activates the whole posterior chain and is so good for posture. It's best to get some proper instruction on form to start off with.

There are some really good workouts that you might like on bodybuiling.com and loads of sites and Youtube channels for bodyweight training info.
