I've joined my work gym. I loathe the weight machines yet always enjoyed classes like body pump.
I'd like to do about 20-30 mins of weights plus 20-30 mins of cardio 2-3x per week with the aim of getting fit, improving my posture and losing about a stone.
Any suggestions for where I can find an easy to follow hand weight or body weight routine?
