I'd like an Ap that will keep me wanting to do it if that's possible. Any suggestions?

Have you run before? Are you looking at starting from nothing? If so, the NHS C25K app is brilliant

Do you like cheesy horror films? If so, Zombies, Run! is fun. Otherwise the NHS one is widely recommended.

I can thoroughly recommend joining a running group. You don't need to be fast or able to run miles, they have seen all types of runners. I hate going out running on my own, find it much easier with a group. May be worth doing some research into your local groups.

Then try the NHS one, think it's under change for life ? But it's great at telling you when to walk and run, and building you up within 9 weeks to a full 5k run (and you can skip weeks or repeat if you need)

I started with NHS C25k podcasts, and now use Zombies to keep me laughing on long runs!

Please can anyone post a screen shot of the Sarah Millican app ? Think that would be fun! I just can't find it in the App Store.
I did C25K four years ago and I've done a few marathons now, but love things like this when things get tough on a long run.
Thanks!
