I'm looking to work some regular cardio into my life and think that cycling might be my best bet. I live in a big city and don't actually even own a bike at the moment, but my company has a gym in the office with a number of stationary bikes. I'd like to find some sort of cycling workout that I can do on my own - I have friends who do spin classes and rate them really highly; surely there must be an app or something that would guide me through a similar workout? Does anyone know of anything? Thanks very much!
