Who will join me starting Davina's Fit in 15?

I'm a stay at home mum with a 4 yr old and 2 yr old. Whilst I've lost all my baby weight and then some through weight watchers, I've found it impossible to motivate myself to do any exercise. I'm just SO lazy. I'd love to feel fit and strong and tone up - maybe even find some long lost muscle under there! - so have decided to try Davina's Fit in 15. SURELY I can commit to just 15 minutes a day?!!! I'd love to find a few buddies who do the DVD currently or would like to start out, to track progress, share opinions and generally keep each other motivated in these early stages. I need all the help I can get!!

Hi, I've been doing Davina DVDs for a couple of months now, I think she's great. I have fit in 15, the 7 minute one and a box set with High energy five and some other DVD in :) might be an idea to get a couple of DVDs if you can to get a bit of variation in case you're easily bored like me!
Fit in 15 nearly killed me at first but I can really feel my strength and stamina building plus I really enjoy the workouts which might be why this is the only time I've ever stuck to a workout regime.
When are you planning on starting?

My DVD should arrive at the weekend so I'm hoping - no - I WILL do my first one as soon as poss after. Glad to hear so many good reviews of Davina. I'm really hoping she's the one that finally gets me back into doing some sort of exercise!

I like Fit in 15 but am struggling to get into the 5 week one, not enjoying the workouts Sad happy to try to keep you motivated though pipsi - let us know what you think of it after your first workout!!

Can I join in?

I have previously been part of 30 day shred motivation threads and found it very helpful.

I really need to loose a bit of weight and generally tone up now it's getting closer to bikini season, but so far I have struggled to motivate myself.
I eat healthily I just don't move enough.

How does the 5 week compare to the fit in 15 ruby? I was considering buying it,is it difficult to follow the moves or really intense or something?
Anyone else doing a little workout tonight, I'll be doing one at about 9 when the kids are in bed. Gonna take a lot of motivation!

Ooh I am definitely up for joining in with some Davina action! I have some DVDs somewhere in the back of the tv cabinet not seen them since becoming pregnant 6 years ago Blush

I'm not sure which ones I've got but will check. When are we thinking of starting?

Can I join??

I have started her Fit in 15 which I like, normally do two sections so it's 30 mins in total.

I have the 5 week fit, tried that today but I didn't like the exercises too much, they seemed quite complicated and I felt really uncoordinated. Although I think my lack of fitness is a factor in my non-enjoyment of this DVD. I think those fitter than me would enjoy.

How is everyone getting on with Davina?

Sorry I haven't posted for a while, home problems and then a car accident - quite minor but has knocked me for six - I'm really achey. Hoping to start again after the weekend.

Zame, 5 week fit is a slightly different format - choice of 7 or 10 minute workouts which you can put together - but the main difference is the instructor, it isn't Mark and Jackie like in Fit in 15. I preferred them and like Littlepig, I thought these ones were a bit too complicated; at least with Fit in 15 you could go a bit faster or do more if you felt you weren't working hard enough. With this one I was struggling to work out the move in time to do it, and I've done aerobics for years!

Still doing the DVDs as often as possible, I've also ordered Davina Fit and Ultimate target so my davina collection is beginning to look a little bit obsessive , I might need to order some DVDs by someone else so I don't look like too much of a weirdo! Maybe one of the Geordie shore girls ones as I've heard good things about them

Last week was poor from me, trapped nerve in neck and an ear infection meant I wasn't up to doing much. I've given up on the fit in 5 weeks, the moves seem really complicated and by the time I've perfected it, it's time to move on. I'm still doing fit in 15 and mixing it up with Jillian Michaels DVDs too.

I'm 40 and have had 3 children but am the fittest I've ever been mostly thanks to Davina's dvds. I often try other types of workouts but always seem to come back to them. Not keen on the last two, gave them away, but have all of the ones with Jackie and Mark so I have variety in type and length of workout. Stick with it, you will see results.

June was a bit of a right off for me. Busy at work and not sleeping well meant that exercise was right at the bottom of my to-do list.

I'm back on it from tomorrow, holiday at the end of August and hoping to shift a stone before then, fingers crossed.

I've given up on 5 week fit, it's too complex for me at the mo but I'm hanging on to it in the hope I'll be fit enough to use it in the future!

Anyone still going with the fit in 15? I have finally taken the wrapper off my DVD after having it for over a year! Going to give it a go tomorrow. Yes I am. Yes I am, yes I am. Hmm
