5 weeks into bootcamp, go 3x weekly.
Previously been into crossfit etc so I'm used to working out.
However this is the first time I have suffered from restless legs at night.
I would earn a place in river dance if Michael flatly could see me at night
How can I stop it? I need to sleep!
