Hello! I'm after some advice, was torn between here and S&B so hope this is ok.
I've just started exercising again after my 3rd baby was born in June. I have a bad tummy muscle separation and also lots of loose skin on my tummy and I am v self conscious about it. I have joined a circuits class and I am enjoying it, but am struggling with tops to wear. My pre baby exercise clothes are all tight and the tops seem a bit short now. I have tried wearing baggy tshirts but they a) look dreadful and b) ride up to show my tummy or back whenever I do a burpee or whatever. I have tried tucking them in but it's all a bit bleak and I need something that will make me feel comfortable and nice about myself when I am exercising - my self esteem is pretty low and I know a tshirt isn't the magic cure but I think it would definitely help!! I have seen people with sort of double layer vests which might work, or alternatively something baggy but with a tight bit round the bottom to stop it coming up?

I have 2 pairs of Capri leggings and a pair of running tights so bottoms are sorted!

Thank you so much Flowers

This top from H&M is quite flattering around the tummy area. You could wear a tucked in vest top underneath if you are worried about it riding up.

XPG by Jenni Falconer at Debenhams. Look at striped vest. In sale at the moment.
