I love exercise and go gym classes (spin, combat, circuit type) 3 or 4 times a week. Used to run but now finding it boring and it's upsetting my knees. I tend to low mood and exercise really helps but....
Something has changed and I can't motivate myself. I went to the gym after work last week and was late for the class because of horrendous traffic. Normally I'd do some weights or kettle bells but I sat in the changing room for a minute, got up, walked out! Never ever done that before.
I've cancelled my circuit class this morning.
I honestly don't know what's wrong with me! No fitness buddy... tired of same old regime... Anyone been through this and any good ideas for snapping out of it. I feel a whole lot less fit than a couple of years ago, so new challenges/exercises maybe....?
Sorry for the moan! Please reassure/motivate/kick ass..
