New to this, doing couch to 5k and enjoying it but the weather is really bad and my skin is suffering. Ran in pelting rain the other night and my face was red raw. Is there something in particular I should use? This evening I just put a thick layer of moisturiser on the parts that hurt the other day!
I use normal moisturizer but wear a buff around my neck that I pull up over my nose and mouth, and another buff as a headband to protect my forehead. They are basically a tube of thin stretchy fabric that can be worn in about 8 ways. I bought a couple from Aldi last time they had the running stuff in and a load from ebay & Amazon (cheap as chips)
