Hi has anyone tried this ? I've searched you tube looking for a glimpse at the workout and can't find any . So just wanted to know if any of you lovely ladies had tried it

Here it is. I've never tried it [couch potato] but Vicky looks good.

It's Vicky Pattison not Pattinson - maybe that's why nothing came up?

Thanks for that it did bring her up but when I clicked to play the video it was just pictures of her weight loss

Ive got it ( and done it) but there is now way that she got that body by just doing her own short DVD. She must have been dieting and training fore months before filming it.

The only fitness DVD's I rate at all are Davina McCall - Intense, Fit in 15 and Ultimate Target,
Also Jullian Michaels 30 Day shred

they are the only DVDs that have made any dent on my flabby frame.

@tiredemma I be been doing the 30 day shred since January on and off I love it I was just getting a bit bored wanted to try something else . I've lost three stone since jan got another stone to go , I'm looking for something to make my bottom half smaller I'm happy with my waist and top half .
