Easy excercises for in the house?

I was wondering if anyone can help, I'm trying to go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week but to be honest I'm getting bored as my friend who joined with me keeps cancelling and when I do go I normally go on the treadmill for 20mins walking fast pace then on rowing machine for 20mins then maybe bikes or cross trainer
Could anyone give me a little routine for the gym to stop me getting bored (I am a very unfit beginner!)

Also the days I don't go to the gym what can I do in the house? I've downloaded apps but was knackerd after a few mins! I've ordered an ab thing so that will help with sit ups

Any advice would be greatly appreciated Smile

The 30 day shred is good for in the house, all you need are hand weights and a bit if space. You will be knackered but it only takes 30 minutes including stretching at the start and end.

The day after I first did level 1 I felt like I couldn't move but did it again every day and after a week I felt fine after.

I noticed my stamina was improved within a week and I went on to level 2 after about a month.

I've bought that DVD I'm sure I gave to my friend I'll need to get it back off her, I think I did it a couple of times and it was torture Wink but they say no pain no gain Grin
