Nutrition/Meal Ideas for Lazy Runners

Looking for some guidance please - I have recently increased my run distance from 5k to 10k - all is going pretty well but I'm aware my diet isn't great and I think it's only a matter of time before it catches up with me and affects my running.
Day starts off quite well with a bowl of porridge, made with 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea. Then it all goes wrong. I don't tend to get a proper lunch break, so I graze on fruit, maybe a Go Ahead biscuit but nothing substantial. So maybe a banana, a satsuma and an apple is all. I then have a proper dinner (something like Shepherd's Pie, Lasagne, baked fish and rice etc) when I get home.
So lunch is letting me down. We have a canteen in work but I think it's a bit pricey, I'm not keen on sandwiches as it's too easy to fall into the rut of ham and pickle everyday, and I'm dreadfully lazy in the evenings so boiling pasta to take with me the next day just isn't going to happen.
What do the rest of you eat??

Add nuts and yogurt or cheese to your fruit
