hiya, have been trying the shred dvd for about 3 weeks now. am managing to do it about 4-5 times a week. have done 8 days level 1 and similar level 2. also trying to be sensible with diet, cut out junk and chocolate and reducing portion size. trying to only eat fruit between meals etc. dont want to decrease diet too much though as am bfeeding and get really hungry.
thing is feel as if i havent lost weight or toned up. definitely weight is same and clothes dont feel looser yet. is there anything else i should do? am getting very disheartened as doing it is bloody hard work and i really sweat!! dont want it all to be for nothing!
oh and also i try to swim or do another gym class every week too.
any tips? am getting fed up and close to jacking it in!! help!!!
