Hmm - I'm the opposite - can jump out of bed and straight out for a run in the morning but can just about haul myself up to bed in the evening - there is no way I could attempt an evening run - I do occasionally shred in the evening but find it very difficult. I have never been able to do any decent exercise in the evening - even when I was at school I used to run in the morning.

I don't ever eat before going out in the morning - normally just a small drink and then have toast and honey when I get back to get my energy back up.
