How can I change myself from being a person who finds exercise easier at tthe end of the day to one who finds it easier at the beginning?

That's it really - can run and run in the veening and shred with the best of them but in the morning feels like complete torture.

I can do 10k without it being too horrific in the evening but in the morning i find it hard to do anything over 5 - 6 without wanting to pack it in.

Gove me tips please ladies. Do I just start exercising in the morning more or will some sort of food help me first thing??

Am doing a 10k run soon and is inthe morning and I know I can do it but my poor body will hate it as it starts at 9.30am!

Hmm - I'm the opposite - can jump out of bed and straight out for a run in the morning but can just about haul myself up to bed in the evening - there is no way I could attempt an evening run - I do occasionally shred in the evening but find it very difficult. I have never been able to do any decent exercise in the evening - even when I was at school I used to run in the morning.

Perhaps you're either an owl or a lark?

I don't ever eat before going out in the morning - normally just a small drink and then have toast and honey when I get back to get my energy back up.

Do you eat before you go out in the morning? What time do you eat in the evening?

Try forcing yourself up a bit earlier. Wake up a little and go!

You'll wake up as you run.

I prefer evenings too. If you do run in the A.M. you'll be so knackered by evening and then be in bed by 9pm
And, so you'll wake early the next morning.....Well, hopefully...
