Would you say the 3rd test down was my peak? Seems to be getting lighter top one was today. These were alot brighter irl. The picture of one on its own was the third test down before it dryed. How many more days should I DTD? And when would I class 1dpo? Thanks 😁

That definitely does look like your peak. Which strips are these? I’d been using the One Step ones but I found them quite confusing so I caved and bought the Clear Blue digital even though it’s very expensive, I just found it easier having a smiley face or not!

What date did you get the test that looks like it could be your peak? Are you using any tracking apps? The way I understand the ‘peak’ is that you’re going to ovulate within 12-36 (some say 24-48) hours. I’m just trying to help work out when your peak was and then you can go from there and try and work out how many DPO you are x

@Confused678866 yes IV used the one step ones but I also find them hard. These are first vue from the pound shop but they also can be very hard to work out 😂 I did use the clear blue with my first baby and they were so much easier! So my peak test was yesterday afternoon (3rd one down) The test above was last night and the top one was this morning which I think are getting lighter. So should it be 12-36 hours from yesterday? I'm currently cd 29. I thought I ovulated earlier in the month but obviously I didn't as this peak was way darker. I thought af would arrive this week but guess I'm going to have a long cycle. I have taken opks from the start of my cycle until now as I wasn't sure about my first peak and I was obviously right so I didn't miss it 🤦🤞

@Skl2021 Yes they’re so confusing, it was stressing me out even more to be honest! I carried on using them alongside clear blue and got my smiley on Friday last week so I’ve stopped testing now. I also started testing straight after period because my cycles have been differing since I’ve been TTC (January).

To be honest, I’m not much help really as I’m just going off what I’ve read. But the way I understand it, when you get your LH surge show on an OPK, this means that your body is getting ready to release the egg and that’s any time from the positive OPK.. most forums/websites say 24-36 hours (I’ve just checked again 😂) so I’d say today is your ovulation day roughly?? Xx

@Confused678866 haha yes that sounds like me I'm usually regular. But since ttc from December my periods have gone haywire! My my last cycle was 50 days long. 🤦😂 The not knowing what was happening was driving me crazy! Yes stick to the clearblue there so much easier and clearer! Well I'm nearly 24 hours since the darkest so might just start at 1dpo tomorrow. IL probably start taking hpts next week anyway I get impatient 😂🙈 I know I shouldn't so early! X

@Skl2021 I think it’s because we’re looking into it all so much to be honest! I was on the pill until September (since May 2019 after birth of my little boy) so I decided to come off it then to give my body a break and try to get back to normal as I knew we’d start trying in January. I didn’t even track anything so I have no clue to be honest but now I’m constantly tracking and driving myself crazy 🙈😂
I fell pregnant with my son within a month after coming off my pill, no tracking, nothing! It happened so quickly so I was very lucky but I’d told myself it could take a lot longer this time around!

I had my peak on Friday and apps suggesting ovulation was either Friday or Saturday so I don’t really know what I am. I’m either 2 or 3 DPO. I’m going to try and hold off testing for as long as possible.
January, my period was a couple of days late so I tested and got a BFN.. then last month, I had every pregnancy symptom going, didn’t feel right at all and I don’t really suffer from PMS apart from the usual stomach and back ache but this time I had everything! Nausea, dizziness, headaches, sore boobs.. you name it I had it! So I used an early test and got a BFN and then straight after testing, AF came 😑 6 days early! So I have no clue what to expect this month at all!! Xx

@Confused678866 yes they usually stay as soon as you stop trying it happens. It stresses me out too I just don't want to miss my window as I don't have a clue what's happening with my cycles. Would start going silly as soon as we ttc! I also think half the time we find the symptoms 😂 I don't even think I felt any different to normal when I got positive tests! This will be my 3rd child. 1st took 9months of trying. 2nd was 1st month so we will see how long this one takes 🤦 at least our tww wait will be similar we could share symptoms and testing! 🤞🙈 Tww drives me crazy I hate it. I thought with this cycle I was coming to the other end of it not starting it again 🤪😩

It’s so true!! I just wish I could be more laid back about it all. 🙈
I’m the same, I don’t want to miss the window as I think that’s what happened in Jan/Feb but who knows.

Yes we’ll definitely have to keep each other updated. Me too, two weeks feel like two months! I’ve been working from home mainly though so I know that doesn’t help me as I overthink everything. Back in the office the end of March so that will be better but I’m really hoping I get my BFP this month 😭

@Skl2021 Well, I had AF type cramps yesterday and backache. AF not due until next weekend. I had my peak last Friday (5th) so I'm thinking I'm 8DPO today.
The cramps have thrown me a little to be honest as I'm really trying not to read too much into it (that's a complete lie, I'm reading absolutely everything 👀😂). But I never get cramping this early on... unless my period is coming early again like last month? 🤷🏼‍♀️ xx

At least your having some symptoms I have nothing 🤣 haha I also read into everything I'm also doing opks as I read that sometimes if there positive it can lead to positive hpt! But u can also get a surge of lh before af so I'm not sure haha just thought I would pass the time 🙈 there not positive yet tho only hint of a line 🤣 this week will drag. When are u starting to test? @Skl2021 Well, I have read lots of stories about women getting cramps like AF at this point in their cycle and then going on to get BFP's but I just really don't know! I mean, I definitely wasn't imagining it as they were quite full on all day yesterday and they've eased today 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just fret that AF is going to come early again like last month!!
Well, no symptoms at all is actually a good sign too!! I've read that so many times!
I haven't got a clue when I'll test, I think I'm really going to wait as long as possible as the BFN's just kill me! When will you start testing? Xx

@Confused678866 yes different people get different symptoms nothing we can do but wait. That won't stop us tho we will still symptom spot 🤣🙈 unless it was something obvious like implantation pain and bleed. I would test after that. Well I was thinking around 9dpo IV read alot get it that early but I think that's a bit early? Might do my opks and if they start getting positive then try one and if not hold off until 11ish? Haha I'm saying this now but I'm sure the urge will take over I can't help myself even though I know it's early 🤦 x

I'm still getting the cramping on and off so I tested with a FRER this morning but was it was BFN as suspected.. I think I'm out this month, I reckon AF is on her way shortly! It can be the only reasonable explanation for the cramping I think xx

Stil bit early for testing isn't it. Hope af doesn't show for you! It's not over until she does. I thought u were trying to hold out 🤦😂
