Read a book/go to the library.

Have a clean organised (ish) home

OOOOhhhh! I love this post. Have a shower whilst they are strapped in the baby chair in the bathroom and not feel guilty about restricting their walking etc.

Have a relaxing G&T in a pub beer garden

go clothes/grocery shopping

go to the loo without someone bursting in or hammering on the door

lilimama Mon 22-Sep-08 11:50:12

i think, from reading this, that i should just be done with it and declare my 8 month old a toddler.

Go anywhere without having to worry about mealtimes/bedtimes-babies can eat and sleep on the go, toddlers are a lot more resistant to this.
