Wow, it's even more sophisticatedly mumsnet than I realized! Hal and Aga - everyone will think that Halcyon's the boy and Agamamnon's the girl. Perfect!

Just thought - Halcyon and Agamamnon wouldn't work. Someone would point out that both ending in -on is a bad idea.

My Nanna and Great Aunt who are best friends and twins so are always talked of in the same breath are called...

I thought Fanjolina and Flapsaletta were the ultimate MN names for adorable twin girls, no?

I know twins called Sugar and Sweetie (actually on their birth certificates). And ones called Alex and Alec. I mean, why?
