So just found out im having a boy and i am totally stuck on names none of the ones i had picked out sound right now ive seen him Hmm

Im wanting something English but old and unique any ideas ?

I have to say, Elliott is nice but not really unique, it’s fairly popular I think?

You'd be pretty safe with Edred, Malcolm or Clarence, I'd say. Or Ethelbert.

Joking aside, though, there's a local 2 yr old 'Beckett'.

Quite like it.

May not necessarily be inevitable he'll get shortened to Beck (though that's quite cool, IMO)...everyone calls the above toddler only by his full name!
And is a name which ticks the box you mentioned, as it's old and English.
