Jedidiah so he can be called Jed.

Jedidiah always sounds slightly like the person saying it has a speech impediment to me - sorry!

Oh yes love Jed and Jedi (don't care if we look like Star Wars fans)

I like both, I think Otis is a bit easier to get through life with, shorter and easier to say.

Otis is lovely. I met a little 6 mo Otis today and he was the most beautiful, chubby, smiley baby.

Jedediah of corse.

Jedi for short.

Otis is a cat's name anyway.

Otis ❤️

Not keen on Jedediah. It's a mouthful.

Otis is.... ubiquitous. But nice enough.

Jed reminds me of Jed from Oklahoma!

Jedediah love Jed.

Otis. I like both though. Jedediah is quite a lot of syllables which somehow makes it sounds fussier, but I do like it. Otis is cooler.

Jedidiah is a bit of a mouthful, and you can guarantee the 'didiah' part would be discarded within days and he'd be universally known as Jed. Grin So I prefer Otis

Otis, unless you are from Utah.

KatieScarlett - love that! Grin

I think both names leave a great deal to be desired, especially the one that sounds a though your false teeth are falling out.

Otis is a well known lift manafacturer

Jedidiah sounds like you're a morman living on what if those crazy cult camps in America where they don't have tv or phones etc

What about Josiah? Also known as Jed (which is a fantastic name)? Easier to spell and pronounce and very similar.
