Ex only taking one DC on holiday

So he has booked to take away youngest. But not other DC. Effectively meaning I can't get a break myself. And then he will have two other holidays this year for himself. To avoid dripfeeding other DC has mental health issues which he doesn't want to deal with. Just wants a fun time with the youngest. Which I would like to have too but sadly can't. Last year I needed him to have elder as she was deemed too unwell to go away with us, he refused. I'm absolutely on my knees here, I thought I was getting a break for a week to just sleep and maybe see a friend or two. But no. AIBU to think he shouldn't just get the fun parenting bits?
