Ok so last night dp picked me up, as he did so I squirmed and he dropped me, from over a metre, straight onto kitchen floor, right on my coccyx. Initially I couldn't move, led on the floor for 5 mins in agony before turning over and managing to get myself up, the pain is horrendous and only relieved slightly by sitting down, everything else brings tears to my eyes, getting up, walking, sitting down initially, bending etc etc managed to get to sleep in early hours and woke at 6 needing loo, took me a good five minutes to get off the bed and walk to loo, where it took me so long to try and sit on the loo I accidentally peed myself
I had some trampoline left over from a few yrs ago when I had a dental access so found those in the first aid box and have had 2 of those this morning, it's helped slightly but not taken away the pain completely.
I'm not sure what to do?? obviously it might be bruised or it might have fractured but there's not much anyone can do either way, but hoping they can give me some prescription strength painkillers as ibruofen and paracetamol last night didn't even touch the pain. Apparently they don't usually X-ray for this injury but I have read if they do a pr (yuk) they can feel whether it's broken or not.
