I think the stone lions could do with a bit of scrub tbh and you have a bulb out in one of the chandeliers - just shoddy dahlink.
Maybe a little accent colour in the master bedroom - pink fluffy cushions?

Hmm looks rather cold to me so I would put some carpets down, get central heating, double glazing and also get rid of the pond and the garden could do with a tidy up. Hope that helps.
