Ham sangers, crisps, banana, apple, and wagon wheel that I purloined from someone else's stash. And I ate the whole lot two hours ago! Hmmm, now what to have for my SECOND lunch?

I don't really like eating low fat food or counting calories in meals. So if I eat 3 meals a day I pack on the weight. So if I eat one meal a day I can eat what I want and either maintain or lose weight.

Its a comprimise between eating 3 kinda blah meals or 1 meal that I really enjoy. So I got for quality over quantity!

Prawns and low fat cream cheese on rice cakes. Topped with rocket and roasted peppers. Followed by a nectarine that I've been ripening in the fruit bowl. Yum!
