Its only a 10 minute walk and he's seen the film he's watching at least a million times

AuntieMaggie Sun 29-May-11 22:32:38

Nope YANBU - I want DP to do the same!

YANBU. If he does NOT do so, I firmly believe that the only option you have is to end the relationship. After all it shows that he does not respect you and that he cares only for his own comfort and needs. I have no doubt that it arose out of him not having been breast fed as a child. I also get the feeling that he was weaned on pureed vegetables before the age of 4 months.

Or something.

By the way, when your DH gets off his backside to eventually get you the chocolate that you deserve, please get him to get me some too! I live at 42 B.....

While he's out there, can he bring me some too please?

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:35:02

He still won't get off his arse though, I may have to start kicking him in a minute

PacificDogwood Sun 29-May-11 22:35:22

Nr4, great minds....

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:35:45

Yes Pacific, i'll add your order to his list

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:37:09

number4, your are so right! I'm going to google divorce lawyers!!

Have added your order to the list too

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:38:06

Now he's eating cereal, what a selfish bastard!

ChazsBrilliantAttitude Sun 29-May-11 22:38:14

I'm sure he would benefit from the exercise too, so you're really doing him a favour by sending him out.

Make mine a toblerone

AgentZigzag Sun 29-May-11 22:38:19

I'm so angry on your behalf MadamM.

What film is he watching though?

It's possible I might change my allegiance if it's a good 'un because I'm fickle like that.

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:39:32

He's watching 'pirates of the Caribbean 2'

He does need the exercise, his arse is getting huge

AgentZigzag Sun 29-May-11 22:40:04

Stop drip feeding.

What cereal is he eating?

It all adds to the jugment you get delivered.

worraliberty Sun 29-May-11 22:40:11

If it's only a 10 min walk, you could have been there and back by now grin

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:40:12

toblerone added to list

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:40:51

corn flakes

I can't go I am comfy and in my PJ's

TattyDevine Sun 29-May-11 22:41:15

Are you up the stick? If so he should.

I usually just go to the cupboards and rummage around, willing the chocolate to appear and yet it just does not.

intertoyz Sun 29-May-11 22:42:04

God yes, and for me.

AgentZigzag Sun 29-May-11 22:44:11

OK, Pirates film + cornflakes brings the gavel down in favour of you OP smile

Both crap, whatshername in Pirates makes me want to behave aggressively and cornflakes are bland as fuck.

He needs the exercise and your in your PJs.

Open and shut case of blatent injustice.

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:44:27

I do that Tatty, rummage in the fridge praying for a forgotten bar.

I'm not up the stick but I gave birth to his child just 20 short months ago and I'm still traumatized and very fragile

izzywhizzyletsgetbusy Sun 29-May-11 22:44:41

YANBU as you clearly have his welfare and best interests at heart.

A brisk 20 min (return journey) walk in the fresh air will help him sleep soundly tonight, and he will wake refreshed to enjoy the bank holiday.

Cadbury's Turkish Delight please - cash waiting.

MadamMemoo Sun 29-May-11 22:45:34

I'll shall inform him of your ruling zigzag

AgentZigzag Sun 29-May-11 22:45:37

'you're in your PJs', got carried away pretending I had some power somewhere grin

flamingtoaster Sun 29-May-11 22:47:01

YANBU Expecting you to watch Johnny Depp without chocolate is definitely mental cruelty in my book!
