Oodie delivery

Has anyone ordered an Oodie and had relatively quick delivery? Ordered one for my sister and afterwards saw quite a few negative comments about very slow dispatch, hoping for some positive stories 😬

Sorry op I waited ages, months for mine last year. I ordered in October and didn't get them until second week of December. To be fair they did come from Australia, but the wait times weren't clear. I sent an email to their cs department end of November. To be fair they placed an express next day delivery, as soon as their unit of oodies arrived (shipped) to the UK. The oodies are amazing quality and do warm, well worth the wait. When did you order?

Last year I found complaining on Trustpilot helped: they asked my order number, I think and seemed to chase it up. They are a nightmare company though.

I have ordered 2 recently, both came very quickly, even though i had been advised that one may take a while as low stock. Very pleased with the service.
Good luck

I ordered one on Black Friday deal, it arrived 2 weeks later. I had been panicking it’d take forever.

My Oodie last year took a couple of weeks but they stated the dates at the time of ordering. I got a kuddly for ds last year and have just ordered a kuddly for dh.
I love both, but slight preference for kuddly, and advantage of uk dispatch

I ordered one in October, it was meant to be dispatched on the 16th November. A week later I got in contact asking the eta, to be told they are moving warehouses and they will get it to us as soon as possible. I still haven’t received it and it was meant to be a Christmas present. Op it must depend on which one you’ve ordered. Mine was a kids oodie with cats on it.

I'm waiting for one i ordered in Oct.
To be fair it was only being dispatched 4th Dec and they told me that when I ordered but had an update saying it would be here in a couple of days and it still hasn't arrived so starting to worry a bit...

I ordered 2 kids ones in October, they were meant to be available in November and 7th December, but will be sent together. I did receive an email saying there was a delay, then another one saying i can wait or get a refund.

They are both presents for my kids so just hoping they arrive before the spring!!

Mine have arrived but they were really slow.

When I complained they sent some excuse about changing their fulfilment centre.

I ordered 2 at the start of this month (separate orders) and got them about 10-12 days later, so absolutely fine (if not Amazon/John Lewis delivery speed). MIL has now decided that they would be good presents for her to give to my teenage DDs (who she finds very hard to buy for and does not like giving money or vouchers which they would be very happy with) so is looking to "buy" them from me.

@SoupDragon

Mine have arrived but they were really slow.

When I complained they sent some excuse about changing their fulfilment centre.

Last year the excuse was Brexit and a shipping container stuck at the docks. Hmm

I ordered 6 Oodies in November. I ordered Oodies rather than another brand because the dispatch date was 19th November. Still not arrived.
No response to my emails.
V v pissed off at spending that much money on Christmas presents that haven’t arrived

I bought a Kuddly and it took 2 days, a lot of reviews say they're better than oodies

Post that on Trustpilot, @reallyneedmoresleep, it might trigger them to do something with your order.

Last year I placed an order on October 16th and it shipped on Jan 21st. I would never order from them again.

Are we talking actual real oodies from Australia?? I ordered back in sept/oct and got an email in November saying they wouldn't be delivered until January and asking if I wanted to cancel, which I did.

Thanks for the advice @SparklingLime I have reviewed on Trustpilot and contacted them on Twitter.
An email offering a refund late Nov/early Dec would have been annoying but so much better than the uncertainty. I really don’t want to spend another £250 if my Oodies are going to arrive. Their treatment of me just feels …rude

I ordered in October and ended up cancelling as promised dispatch date was surpassed by 3 weeks... got refund and ordered from Kuddly instead ( less interesting colours/ designs but at least they came!)

Within 24 hours of posting on Trustpilot, the Oodie have contacted me and offered me a full refund or delivery in January plus a £35 voucher.

Why would I want a £35 Oodie voucher????

Anyway, I replied straight away, saying I'd like a full refund. Wonder how long that will take?

I placed an order with Kuddly yesterday. Apparently its been dispatched today so my Christmas presents will arrive.

I have an ooodie and ds has an kuddly and to be deadly honest with you can’t really tell the difference.

I messaged them on facebook. They couldn't tell me when they would come. So have now asked for a refund that they have actioned. Just waiting on my money to return. I ordered kids ones from amazon for delivery today.

To be honest it is shocking service. If they had the same problems last year they should've sorted it out for this year.

Wow that's disgraceful! I'd be calling my bank and doing a Visa chargeback
