Iceland majorly screwed up my order, anyone else?

Half of it missing, some I've been charged for!

Wouldn't normally bother me much but I'm pregnant and have SPD, thought i would get an online shop to avoid the stress. Now customer service line is switched off so I've had to go ringing local stores, who seemed great and trying to help but apparently the system took way too many deliveries and major errors have been made. Orders even cancelled.

Let that be my lesson learnt to not shop online argh

I am getting a delivery between 10-12 today, received an email at 9.15 to say it had been dispatched, only one thing out of stock and 1 pasta salad instead of 2.

Oh you poor thing - that's awful. I had mine delivered by Tesco this morning. 3 substitutes: 2 items where they gave me a bigger packet than what I had ordered (but didn't charge me more) and the other was oranges instead of satsumas - which the driver said I could have for free when I was going to send them back! Hope you get it sorted

Iceland redeemed themselves. It wasn't customer service team though. Store manager turned up with missing items and gave me them for free! Can't ask for any more then that :)

I'm trying not to get in a rage this morning about my Morrisons order. It's due any minute now and there are 15 items missing and 3 subs (2 of which are shit. 16 piece indian snack selection have been substituted for aunt bessie's toad in the hole. What the actual fuck?

I'm not going to take it out on the driver, it's not his fault but fuck me, I'm a bit gutted. Morrisons are normally brilliant, never have any issues with them. H is doing to have to do an emergency dash around Tesco for the missing items (carrots being one. Carrots! There are NO carrots in the entire store? Really?).

Anyone who ordered iceland and didn't receive it, today 17th of April, please contact me! I got 2 bags which don't belong to me of ice creams, nuggets, and a lot of frozen food!

I am usually happy with Iceland services, They are really as a saviour for me during the lockdown period. They deliver the items next day which is awesome. But this time I ordered 35 items from them and only received 12 items. I have even notified the driver that seems like I have missing items. He said that He only got 4 bags under my name and don't have anything else for me. I have contacted the customer services via the form which they have online and heard back from them yesterday. No further action is taken from them though. I hope they get back to me soon.

Update:

I have received my refund from Iceland. I am really happy with the customer service. I did not have to contact them a lot and they have refunded me on time. I am a happy customer once again.
