Gender neutral dolls house or something similar

Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker but first post tonight. Smile I'm looking to buy something similar to a dolls house for my almost 3 year old son. I'm happy to pay anything up to £200 if it's well made and will provide lots of fun. I know it's a bit early for Christmas but thought there was no harm in being organised for a change.

Thanks for your help!

My dd has a hospital with lots of doctors/ nurses. I think it's made by Le Toy

They do loads of different settings

It's Le toy van. They've got some fab things, I've just looked at their website!

I'd say sylvanians because I LOVE them, but they might be a bit fiddly for a littlun

Thanks everyone for the very quick responses. I'd never heard of Le toy van before but just had a look and their stuff looks amazing! Sylvanians is a great idea too, too many choices now! Thanks again.

Playmobil do a nice, non-pink dolls house, www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0077QT4VG/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1439410246&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&keywords=playmobil%20doll%20house&dpPl=1&dpID=61XP5eUVM5L&ref=plSrch&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
All the boys pack inside and out has a carry handle. DC1 had one for 3rd bday and still gets lots of use nearly a year on.

Ds1 had the playmobil carry one linked to below. Its small but great value with loads of pieces and its compact size was the main selling point for us.

If space hadn't been an issue though, this one from John Lewis was much coveted by ds1. I'm sure it used to have a red roof and door actuallyHmm but you could paint it any colour you like.

I think I'll buy him the play mobile one and might just buy the one from John Lewis for myself, I always wanted a dolls house like that when I was little! ????

I am not sure it is really gender neutral, but DSs friend has the ELC Big Ciry fire and rescue centre, which comes with lots of furnishings and vehicles. DS loves it. Sorry, I can't link from my phone, but it comes up by Googling.

I bought my very ungirlie DD an ELC wooden farmhouse/barn when she was little, still plays with it occasionally now and she is 14!

I've bought the toys r us one as it's plain- so many of them pink why does everything to do with dolls need to be pink I can't comment on quality as I've not put it together yet.

John crane one is nice, red roof, rest plain wood, completely gender neutral. The furniture sets also primary colours.
