I've just looked at habitats Christmas decorations and gone WTF

These are supposed to be reindeer

This is supposed to be an Elephant though quite why you would have an Elephant on a Christmas Tree anyway escapes me

This is another reindeer

These are chickens

And finally a pair of festive lions. What Christmas would be complete without them?!!!

Can I have some of the drugs the habitat designers took whilst dreaming these up please!?

I like the first reindeer... The second reindeer looks very bovine to me though.

Wow. They are bloody awful!

It's a sad day when poundland have more attractive decorations than habitat!

In what planet is THAT an elephant? It looks like the dog from Corpse bride Grin.

Since when did a chicken have 4 legs? Confused

I was quite baffled by the reindeer with wings.

Even Santa's reindeer have never had wings!

I like the lions. We have bought some random decorations this year including a flamingo, a pink fish and a doughnut Grin.

There was a thread a while ago asking if people really did laugh out loud while reading threads. I don't usually but some of those links had me chuckling. They are all truly awful.

They are all totally bizarre.

I quite like the <a class="break-all" href="//tm.habitat.co.uk/robot/tree-decorations//fcp-product/261310" rel="nofollow noindex" target="_blank">Robots though. I'm not sure how festive Robots are really but I'm sure my six year old DS would love them.

I love the robots and dd2 would live the orbs ( she has a thing about orbs ).

I can't get the links to work but I like really unusual odd decorations on our tree. Mixed in with traditional Santas, stars and round baubles it looks brilliant. So I'm sure I won't think anything linked above is weird. Off to have a look...

Ok. Yes they're too weird. If you're going to have elephants and chickens then make them look like actual elephants and chickens with glitter on, not some 2nd year art student's abstract nightmare.

The robots are amazing though.

Those Tesco ones are AMAZING! Why?!

I really want a job as their Christmas buyer!

I'd like to meet the person who thinks that a whimsical alligator in a tutu represents Christmas...

It's from Homesense. They have an outstanding collection of bizarre tat this year.

The price of those Tesco decorations - wow!
If you scroll down the RHS of the Tesco page you can have a disco frog - you know you want to.

What I find puzzling is that, according to Tesco, an alligator in a tutu is whimsical but a crocodile in a tutu is not, and a rhino in a tutu is a showgirl? I find all those animals whimsical, if by whimsical they mean mindbogglingly peculiar.
