I went to smyths this morning, they opened at 9 and I got there at 9.30 as I had to do school drop off and they had sold out by 9.20. Gah!

Now, what to do re Argos....the Elsa doll was in stock there a few weeks ago when their site was down and I wanted to do 3 for 2. When I phoned Argos they said I could choose something else for the same price and when Elsa comes back in I could swap it.

Phoned yesterday and they said they might get stock in on 22nd Dec!

So now I've got 2 boxes of Lego Friends which I do want and some obscure toy for £34.99 which I don't want!

Honestly, I got my ordering at about 9.05 this morning with Smyths. Got my confirmation email and was chuffed to bits then four hours later, an email arrives to say they'll refund me as they can't fulfil my order. This afternoon I order it with The Entertainer, get all the way through but have to put my card details in about 3 times for some reason, then suddenly it flags up its out of stock.
It's clearly not my day.

I went to Smyths this morning and they put 18 on the shelf at 9am. Half an hour later they were gone! The cashier said they were expecting more in but not sure when. Smyths website saying out of stock. You'd think they would manufacture enough of these wouldn't you?
