Frozen castle

DD has asked for a Frozen castle for xmas. There's a few versions out there, all seem massively overpriced and I'm a bit reluctant to spend £££ on what looks like plastic tat. Has anyone got one? Would you recommend it, and does it have much play value?

Is it an Elsa snow palace type thing? Can't imagine there's much play value as nothing happens there much! It'll just be endless renditions of 'Let it Go' won't it?

They do what I think is a cardboard one in B&M for £19.99

Why not go for something like a Playmobil castle instead that can be sold on eBay more easily used for other things once the Frozen obsession has waned?

I saw one in Toys R Us the other day....it was £125 or something, and looked like a total waste of money.

It was this one

How...how can that possibly be £140?!

Exactly pictish and you don't even get any dolls with it either! There's another one that's about £40 but the reviews on Amazon are terrible. Will check the B&M one out thanks 306235388 , I would how sturdy it is?

I'd steer her towards something else.

I don't know re sturdiness but I genuinely think people would be mad to buy one for £150!!!Shock

The 'ornate screen' that comes with it is made of card. Ffs.

There's a shop called just for tiny people on facebook that sells an apparently very sturdy cardboard teepee for £49 and you can colour it to your hearts content so she could do a frozen theme and it won't cost ridiculous amounts of money

From post:
Else's frozen light up ice castle
Comes with all posable figures
Lights up & sings 'Let it go'
Back in stock today for £50 which if I'm honest for the figures & castle is a good buy! Plus we all know the quality of the disney products are better than anywhere else!
Hope this helps someone :)
