Starting a new business advice

Hi Everyone.
I am currently a primary school teacher but have wanted to have my own little business for as long as I can remember.
I have two ideas and wondered if anyone could offer any advice.
1-I am looking to completely retrain in offering lashes and lash lifts from my home.
2-I am looking at possibly buying a baby/toddler class franchise in my area which is all about learning to write and mark making through messy play.
Please offer any advice you think you can. Which idea you think will be better etc.
When starting up the last business I want to try and offer a really lovely relaxing environment
Thanks x

I think the second variant is better because you have bigger opportunities. It's definitely harder, you need more responsibility and more time to spend to become successful in this field, but, as for me, it is more interesting and more developmental for yourself as a specialist.
