I am hoping to career change from finance to social work. I am sick of working with numbers and want to work with people. Please can you give me any advice/ insight that you have and any pitfalls etc, any advice on routes into the profession and what type of work experience I should seek out before deciding to start the formal process. So as not to drip feed I am early 30s with two DCs. DH is supportive and self employed so some flexibility here for childcare etc.
