10lbs in 10 weeks close to GW challenge 👋

[GW = goal weight] This is an accountability thread for anyone that wants to join me in shedding those final stubborn few pounds/kgs/inches in time for summer.🌞 The format is that you post your progress on two days, *Monday and Thursday _only_ *for ten weeks which will bring us to the start of June (starting yesterday 😅). The aim is to lose about a pound a week because the rate of loss slows down as you get closer to your goal. Measurements can be used if you don't want to weight yourself. Additionally, this challenge could work for anyone who is just more comfortable losing more slowly for whatever reason. I may be alone, I may not be- who knows? But if anyone wants to join in that would be more fun! Otherwise it will just be an accountability thread. I've hurt my knee so there's disruption to my usual exercise schedule so I am forced to focus more on diet to get myself back on track. I will be using intermittent fasting but all methods are welcome.
