Hi, I've had issues using the referal code with voy. Their help people have been great but they've said that in order to get the discount I need my referring friend to send customer services and email with my full name and email address in to confirm that you've referred me.

Really? That's so odd, I referred a friend and as far as I know they weren't asked any questions! Which code did you use? Is it worth trying a different one?

It only works if you don't have an account registered yet.

I used a link last week, created an account, but then changed my mind and didn't check out, so now when I click a referral link it says "you can't use this code as you already have an account", so help desk said they would still honour the discount if someone emails instead.

Just started mounjaro and I want to lose 4.5 stone. Has anyone lost this much and if so how long did it take?

Hi Grandmalyn, I've also only started and have a similar amount to lose. I lost 5 pounds in week 1 but nothing in week 2 (however I did have wine and chocolate over Easter so I can't be too annoyed about that!) I'm not sure how long it will take to lose 4.5 stone though, there is a subreddit for mounjara and there are people who have been on it for a while, maybe they'd know. I'd be worried about losing too quickly as I've seen people complain about loose skin!
