I'm absolutely fed up with my weight and planning on doing 1:1 diet to get a big chunk of weight loss.
I've done it before, and I know it works, but I put a lot back on again over the last 5 years or so.
Covid has been the Eyeopener for me - increased likelihood of dying if you are obese and I really want things to stick this time.
Has anyone used a psychologist / therapist along side diet & exercise to sustain their weight loss? There is a clinical psychologist near me who I have thought about making contact with. I wonder if I did that, it i would have a longer lasting effect.
Anyone have any advice for me?
Thanks
