I’ve just signed up. 3 years since I last did it. And I think I did it 3 years before that.
I’ve already lost 9kg but I’m stuck so hopefully it will get next 7kg off!
Really looking for good tips of good snacks/lunches. I’m not a fan of sweetners though so harder to work around them.
