I have just polished off a galaxy bar and a Lindt chocolate teddy bear in preparation for the new me tomorrow 😂😂. Plan is to eat healthily and exercise for the next 7 weeks. Anyone fancy joining me and helping motivate each other?

I'm still here - well done Broken wing that's awesome. I've just had proper weigh in and measurements done with PT, I've lost ten pounds and toned up a lot. I'll take that - target was a stone but I feel so much stronger and fitter for the exercise it's got to be a good thing and anyway, I've just signed up for another 6 weeks so will get there by Easter right Confused

If anyone is still here it is end of week 6 and Tuesday weigh in tomorrow!!

I've been good this week and kept all MFP bars green but a sneaky weigh this morning shows only another 2lb loss, hoped it would edge into 3lbs 🙁, but every bit all adds up! Will stay good today and weigh in officially tomorrow!

2lbs off here making it 1 stone gone. Need to get a bit more strict with myself on portion control and sticking to limits.

Week 6 here we come!!

Tuesday weigh in! First one of Feb.
I’m down to 9.9! After my stall of the scales not moving last week, they’ve gone down 2 lb this week! So chuffed. Total weight loss 8lb since beginning of Jan and 2lb off initial target weight of 9.7!

It really was a fast month, and February will be a short 4 weeker.

New goal for February is the stop pushing the limits of calorie allowance, keep out of the red at least 6 days a week and stay within target calories each week. Aiming to lose another 8lbs minimum in Feb.

Looking forward to Tuesday weigh in to say 1st stone is gone!!!

How is everyone? 1st Feb today so a whole month into this! I’ve had a good week, although may have slightly overindulged this eve on cals through wine 🙈 but will make up for it tomorrow out in the snow with the kids burning it off!

AHhh congratulations! Happy and healthy 9 months to you. Please don’t worry about weight at this time - ive had 2 children and I would say (bar saggy boobs and stretch marks!) I’m in better shape now than I ever was pre pregnancy. So it can be done. But for now enjoy growing that baby!

Ladies, I'm expecting (my 2nd). It's really great - don't get me wrong - but I haven't lost preg weight and now pregnant again. I'm afraid I'll look like this for the rest of my life... I feel so bad I can barely look in the mirror.

Well I wanted to get to 9 1/2 stone or less ideally. I’m now 9.11. But yep comfortable in size 10 now so I think I need to focus less on the scales and more on how my body is changing. It’s defo leaner with more muscle definition but I carry weight on my stomach and lower back and still definitely have a few lb to loose to get rid of that. Will keep plugging away 😁

How much have you left to lose? If it is only a couple of pounds you might be past the point of scales and looking at measurements and how you feel in those tiny size 10 jeans instead. Losing inches instead of lbs is got to be good!! 💪🏻💪🏻

Well done @brokenwing! Well my scales haven’t budged today 🤦‍♀️. But have lost more on the tape measure so am wondering if it’s a little bit of muscle gain as have upped my weights. Still feeling good and on track!

3lbs off for me this week, total loss 12lbs 💪🏻. 2 more lbs next week and thats the first (and easiest) stone gone! 😊

I'm ready for you week 5!!! 🥊

Hi everyone I am back on it now, after a VERY rough week (DH collapsed with flu) I have eaten lots of rubbish so iv not weighed myself this week!! But eaten healthy today and ready for the week 💪🏻

Can't believe it's nearly the end of week 4! Seems like only yesterday it was Xmas. One of the Xmas bags of doritos was eventually opened and finished but not by me 👏🏼 I only had 2 crisps out the whole bag!!

Think ds and dh are starting to notice the lack of new crap food in the cupboards and now eating the doritos out of desperation 😂

Still logging in and keeping to MFP so looking forward to another couple of pounds off on Tuesday.

Well done again Cheese, you can tell all your hard work is really paying off when others notice. Just don't start walking around naked so others notice too Grin Still a bit too chilly out to invest in some crop tops to go with your jodpurs Grin

I've lost another 2lb this week taking total loss to 9lb.

I did a sneaky weigh in on Friday and had lost 3.5lb but too much on this week and weekend which involved food, so serves me right its only 2lb, could have been on track for 4! Next week is much quieter so will be better behaved!

Tuesday weigh in!
I’m now 9.11. So lost 1lb this week. Slower progress than previous weeks but to be expected. I’ve lost inches off my waist and thighs too. Size 10 fitting comfortably so generally pleased and feeling motivated! Good luck for your weigh ins ladies!

How are we doing? Weigh in tomorrow!
Today has been abit weird. Started well - scrambled eggs and a ryvita for brekkie. Then had a cupcake and 3 rice crackers with dip for lunch. Not very nutritious! Chicken leftovers with some salad for tea. Got lots of cals left but not feeling hungry today. Hubby saw me naked last night and actually said bloody hell look at your stomach it’s all gone! So feeling chuffed with that 😂😂

@brokenwing sounds good! Hopefully the slight over on a couple of days won’t have done any harm. I read somewhere that sometimes it’s easier to think of calories in terms of a weekly goal - so basically if you go over by say 200 one day, just make sure you make up for it by going slightly under another day that week. Xx

Doesn't feel I've been as good this week (been good during the day but been out a couple of evenings and went over by 250Cal each day) and feel a bit bloated (TMI, but on my period so probably that).

Still keeping off the snacking habit and those two huge bags of Doritos from Xmas are still in the cupboard. Fingers crossed for a loss on Tuesday!

cheese you're doing brilliantly!

I've had a better week. I've been to the gym three times and have been much stricter with my diet...until last night when I went out for a meal. Hoping the scales will still show a difference on Tuesday.

How is everyone doing in week 3? Am religiously sticking to 1200 cals finding it easier now I have more of an idea what calories and in which foods. Eating a lot of eggs!

Well done cheese. I'm ploughing in here, another 2 lb down. Diet is going quite well, eating more protein and less carbs/sugar and definitely feeling less hungry and more energised.

Had an absolutely brutal PT session on Friday and only just stopped aching. Frankly dreading the next one!

@brokenwing Thankyou so much. Am trying really hard and it spurs you on when you can notice results I think. In extra news I ordered 3 pairs of size 10 jeans off eBay to try and get me a goal to get in them, they arrived today and they fit! Not 100% comfy fit but fit enough! Come on ladies keep going it feels great to meet a goal xx
