Anyone doing a body-type diet? I'm an ectomorph and want to drop a few vanity pounds to get more visible muscle definition.
I've mapped my food intake and discovered that I've been eating waaayyy too much fat for my type so I've upped my carbs and protein and slashed the fat.
Too soon to see any results, but wondered if anyone else is managing their diet in this way?
