I was thinking to have less carbs and increase protein and fat. But after looking at other threads it seems a bit technical, I thought it was simply less bread or potatoes etc more veg chicken fish.
I have tried 5.2 and it did work but as I'm breastfeeding I can't be fasting.
I don't want to be on a calorie counting diet as I haven't gt the head space for that right now?
Any ideas?
