Weight loss chat

Hit target.... Still feel crap?

Just that really. My aim was a healthy bmi (5"4 so that's 10st4). I have gone from 12st8 to 10st3 and a 16 to an almost 10 BUT I still feel like a whale!
My skin is lose (baby belly and thighs) and I still have cellulite.
I have set a new target of 9st4, but just feel so deflated.
Any advice/similar feelings?

I'm 8.4 at 5ft 5 which is a 1lb under my target. I don't feel thin but I feel I should it's weird.

I think you're right and toning would help. I have been doing the 30 day shred (for more than 30 days, but not always 5 times a week...)
What would you recommend to tone up?
