Just that really. My aim was a healthy bmi (5"4 so that's 10st4). I have gone from 12st8 to 10st3 and a 16 to an almost 10 BUT I still feel like a whale!
My skin is lose (baby belly and thighs) and I still have cellulite.
I have set a new target of 9st4, but just feel so deflated.
Any advice/similar feelings?
